Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.

 

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, any applicable customs fees, and taxes imposed by the receiving country. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and guide you through the international return process.

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

 

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process based on product availability.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including panties, underwear, custom made products.

For international orders, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by the receiving country. These additional charges are not within our control and may vary depending on the destination.

 

9. Extended Delivery Times

During peak seasons or under certain circumstances, international shipments may experience extended delivery times. Please be advised that delivery may take up to 90 days in some seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

10. Lost or Not Delivered Packages

For international returns, if a package is lost or not delivered, we will not issue a refund. In the event of a lost package, the sender (customer) is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
